How you rent a locker
Find a station near you with lockers.
- Put your belongings in one of the lockers and close the door.
- Pay for one day's rental using the screen at the lockers.
- After paying, take the printed receipt with you and keep it safe. You'll need it to open the locker again.
- Want to open the locker again? Then scan the ticket.
If you rent the locker for more than one day, you will pay the extra amount when you open your locker. Please note that you can only open the locker once.

Small locker: 85cm deep, 45cm tall and 35cm wide
Large locker: 85cm deep, 60cm tall and 35cm wide

You rent a locker for up to 3 days at a time. After 3 days, we may empty the locker.

Small locker
For a small locker at these stations you pay €10 on the first day (24 hours). For the 2nd and 3rd day you pay €15 per day. After that, renting a locker costs €20 per day.- 1st day (24 hours): €10
- 2nd and 3rd day: €15 per day.
- 4th day or more: €20 per day.
Large safe
For a larger locker you pay:- 1st day (24 hours): €13
- 2nd and 3rd day: € 19.50 per day.
- 4th day or more: €26 per day.

Frequently asked questions

I lost the locker ticket.
Then you will pay a € 10 surcharge for losing the ticket. Ask a service employee at the station to help you further with opening your locker.

My luggage is removed from the locker
If your luggage has been removed from the locker, don't worry! We keep it for up to three months at the Central Lost and Found Desk (Centraal Bureau Gevonden Voorwerpen) in Utrecht. Fill in the‘Luggage removed from locker' formand have your items sent to your home. The administrative costs, storage and shipping will cost you € 70.
